1. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using any resource from 1017 Development (“we”, “us”, “our”), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
2. Products & delivery
All digital products are sold through our Tebex store. Delivery and license management are handled via Tebex and the Cfx.re portal. You are responsible for providing a valid Cfx.re account and for downloading your files after purchase.
- Files are delivered digitally only.
- You may re-download purchases from the Cfx.re portal while your license remains valid.
- Product descriptions, frameworks and dependencies are listed on each product page - verify compatibility before buying.
3. License
When you buy a script you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on servers owned or operated by you or your community under the same ownership.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, lease or sublicense the files.
- You may not upload escrow or open-source packages to public repositories or leak channels.
- Open-source packages remain subject to the license terms shipped with the product; commercial use on your own servers is allowed as stated there.
- We may revoke a license in case of clear abuse, chargebacks without cause, or redistribution.
4. Updates & support
Lifetime updates are provided for active products at our discretion. Support is offered primarily through our Discord. We aim to help with installation and legitimate bugs; we do not guarantee custom modifications, third-party conflicts or server-specific issues outside the documented scope.
5. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. If a product cannot be made to work after reasonable support, contact us on Discord with your order ID. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in license termination and refusal of future service. Tebex’s own buyer policies also apply.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our resources to violate applicable law, Cfx.re Terms of Service, or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for how scripts are configured and used on your server.
7. Intellectual property
All branding, code, documentation and media remain the property of 1017 Development unless explicitly released under another license. “1017 Development” and related marks are used to identify our products. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
8. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation on every server configuration.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase or use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or server downtime.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or products after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision.
